Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Care Agent for Chat Account at TP for global services. The role is located in One Kattamya. Customer Care Agent will be responsible for handling back office operations, providing administrative support, managing customer service inquiries, assisting the finance department, and supporting the sales team. Day-to-day tasks may include data entry, processing transactions, handling communication with clients and colleagues, and ensuring smooth operation of backend processes.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service Representatives, Customer Service, Customer Support skills
  • Customer Satisfaction, Customer Experience skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve customer issues effectively
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal (B2 Level)
  • Location: Kattamya, Cairo, Egypt
  • Rotational Shifts (Maximum 10 PM for Ladies)
  • Transportation Provided
