Qualifications:

• Minimum high school diploma (higher education preferred).
• Previous experience in a call center, sales, or verification is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills with a clear accent.
• Ability to convince customers and maintain professionalism.
• Attention to detail to ensure accurate information.
