Enterprise Account Executive

We are looking for Enterprise Account Executive to join our Growth Squad.


What You'll Do

  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle from discovery to close.
  • Engage with IT, DevOps and platform leaders to understand their challenges.
  • Deliver demos, lead PoC processes and coordinate with product and success teams.
  • Manage procurement, security and legal reviews with enterprise customers.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline using HubSpot CRM.
  • Create proposals, negotiate contracts and close deals that drive measurable impact.


Who You Are

  • You have 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally selling DevOps or IT solutions.
  • You’re confident leading complex enterprise deals and multi-stakeholder discussions.
  • You understand procurement cycles and can navigate compliance processes.
  • You have excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
  • You track metrics like pipeline coverage, win rate and ARR impact.

Bonus: Experience selling AI Ops, observability or incident response platforms.
