About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented ERP QC Executive to join our Quality Assurance team. If you’re passionate about software testing, meticulous in spotting bugs, and driven by the pursuit of quality, this is your opportunity to make an impact.

As an ERP QC Executive, you'll play a crucial role in validating and refining ERP modules, working closely with both support and development teams to ensure seamless, user-friendly functionality.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth functional and quality testing of ERP modules.
• Create, execute, and maintain test cases based on functional specs and business requirements.
• Identify, document, and track bugs with detailed traceability.
• Collaborate with support teams to replicate real-world issues and extract meaningful insights.
• Coordinate with developers for timely resolution of defects and perform validation testing.
• Conduct regression testing to maintain system stability across updates.
• Participate in QA activities during ERP implementations.
• Assist in creating user documentation: test cases, release notes, and user guides.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in ERP testing, QA, or ERP support.
• Solid understanding of ERP modules (Finance, HR, Inventory, Procurement).
• Familiarity with software testing methods and issue-tracking tools.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Nice to Have

• Experience with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
• Basic knowledge of SQL for data validation.
• Exposure to ERP implementations in both local and international environments.
