Job Title: ERP Software Support Trainee

Location: Karachi | Mon-Fri 9 AM-6 PM

About the role:

We are seeking a skilled ERP Software Support Trainee with experience in restaurant and bakery operations. In this role, you will provide support, training, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth ERP system usage for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to user queries and issues.
• Provide training to improve user understanding of the ERP system.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems.
• Collaborate with the technical team to address complex issues.
• Implement solutions to prevent recurring problems.
• Customize ERP settings to meet restaurant and bakery requirements.
• Configure modules for optimal system performance.
• Assist with ERP software updates and upgrades.
• Conduct regular system maintenance checks.
• Ensure data accuracy and security within the ERP system.
• Support data migration and integration processes.
• Work with teams to align ERP functions with business needs.
• Coordinate with vendors for updates and issue resolution.
• Maintain clear documentation of configurations and issue resolutions.
• Prepare user guides and training materials.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or BS in ERP
• 0-6 months of experience in ERP support (restaurant & bakery preferred)
• Strong knowledge of inventory, orders & financial modules
• Excellent communication & problem-solving skills
