Job Title: ERP- Functional Consultant

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE (on-site)

Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in software engineering or related field.

Job Overview -

• We seek a skilled Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant to support Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O ERP, which includes Finance, Supply Chain and Human Resources-related modules.
• You will work closely with the users to understand their business needs, configure the system, and ensure a timely resolution of the support tickets assigned to you.

Key Responsibilities -

• Consult with users to understand their requirements and provide tailored Dynamics 365 F&O solutions.
• Prepare a functional requirement/ functional design document for the customization identified.
• Provide functional support for the mobile application developed for approvals and reports. • Provide new user training.
• Assist in data migration and testing. Requirements:
• Experience with Dynamics 365 F&O, particularly in the Finance-related modules, experience in the Supply chain and HCM module will be preferred.
• Minimum 3 years or more of relevant experience in a similar role is a must.
• Localization experience in the UAE is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of finance processes, configuration, and best practices.
• Hands-on experience in system configuration, customization, and integration.
• Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Microsoft certification is preferred.
• Previous consulting or client-facing experience.

Responsibilities & Authorities Responsibilities -

• Thorough testing of all the changes developed by the technical consultant and prepare a test script for the users to test on UAT.
• Writing design documents for any customizations and reports for D365.
• Ensure the design documents capture boundary conditions and include comprehensive test scenarios.
• Provide support to Finance, Supply Chain, and Human Resources related modules.
• Provide functional support for the mobile application developed.
• Assist in documentation, data mapping and testing by other team members.
• Develop functional specifications and design documents for customizations and integrations.
• Collaborate with technical consultants to ensure functional requirements are translated into technical designs
• Keep up to date with the latest industry developments and product updates related to Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Fluency in English language
