We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Enterprise Sales Executive to join our Managed Print Services business. The role involves identifying, developing, and managing enterprise-level customer accounts, driving revenue growth, and providing tailored MPS solutions that enhance business efficiency for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue and profitability targets in the enterprise segment.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research, networking, and client engagement.
- Manage the full sales cycle prospecting, solution presentation, proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level decision-makers, procurement teams, and IT stakeholders.
- Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and service delivery teams to design and present customized MPS solutions.
- Maintain a strong understanding of products and solutions (e.g., Ricoh, HP, Canon, Xerox, and related MPS technologies).
- Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations, proposals, and reports.
- Track and update sales pipeline, forecasts, and account activity using CRM tools.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies in the print and document management space.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- 5 10 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in Managed Print Services, IT solutions, or office automation.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in enterprise/large account sales.
- Strong understanding of contract management, SLAs, and service-based solution selling.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite.
