What We’re Looking For


  • Strong administrative skills with high attention to detail and document control
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including basic formulas and trackers
  • Experience with procurement and finance systems (e.g., Ariba) or willingness to learn
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, track status, and follow up consistently across teams
  • Working knowledge of music platforms such as Spotify and SoundCloud
  • Basic understanding of music quality, suitability, and volume levels across different venue types
  • Awareness of sound fundamentals, including volume comfort, dB levels, and frequency ranges
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills with well-spoken English
  • Confidence in escalating issues appropriately when required
  • Highly organized, reliable, and capable of working with minimal supervision
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-outlet hospitality or nightlife environment
  • Genuine interest in music and entertainment operations without seeking creative authority
  • A professional, Insta-Worthy Appearance, always adhering to FIVE’s Grooming Standards and maintaining a polished, ‘FIVE-Styled’ demeanour.
  • A hands-on attitude, fuelled by a ‘Can-Do!’ Spirit.


Key Responsibilities


  • Collect artist invoices and archive all supporting documents, including contracts
  • Raise Purchase Requisitions (PRs) in Ariba with accurate invoices and contracts attached
  • Maintain payment and DJ status trackers covering PRs, contracts, invoices, and permits
  • Coordinate with Purchasing and Finance teams to track approvals and payment status
  • Ensure attendance confirmations and schedules are available for Finance and Audit purposes
  • Onboard new artists and suppliers into the payment system
  • Assist with day-to-day supervision of music quality across venues
  • Support basic DJ performance assessment through observations and feedback collection
  • Identify and flag issues related to sound quality, inappropriate music selection, or technical problems
  • Coordinate with AV and venue teams on basic sound-related matters
  • Operate under the direction of entertainment leadership without responsibility for strategy, budgets, scheduling, or fee negotiations
