QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:EDUCATION:- Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, Agribusiness, Marketing, or a related field.
- Master is an asset.
EXPERIENCE and SKILLS- 3–5 years of experience in agricultural marketing, agribusiness, or entrepreneurship development.
- Good understanding of rural markets and agricultural value chains.
- Experience in supporting small producers or women-led enterprises is an asset.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Good organizational skills.
- Able to work independently, as well as part of a team.
- Good knowledge of English and Arabic Languages.
- Commitment to confidentiality and safeguarding principles.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
25% of the time will be in the office while 75% in the field.
