ENTRY LEVEL ACCOUNTING

• The primary job duty will be Title processing for the vehicles sold, directly filling out MSO (New Vehicle Titles) and sending to the DMV for licensing.
• Writing Checks and EFT (Electronic Funds Transfers)
• Creating Receipts / Deposits for incoming Wires and Check/Cash payments
• Filing
• Coping any paperwork necessary for back up
• Scanning
• Driving Company Car for mail pick up and DMV "Wait on Title Work"
• Assisting customers on phone to coordinate what is needed to license their vehicle or traded in vehicle
• Assists with any banking needs as requested by Controller or Office Manager
• Other Accounting positions may be assigned as time allows
