Trainee Accountant

DHA Phase 8, Lahore
Full-Time | Night Shift (05PM – 02AM Pakistan Time)

A growing professional services company supporting U.S.-based clients. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Trainee to join our accounts team.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in bookkeeping and maintaining accurate financial records
• Support accounts payable and receivable processes
• Prepare and reconcile bank statements
• Assist in preparing financial reports and summaries
• Maintain accurate data entry in accounting software
• Support payroll coordination and expense tracking
• Assist senior accountants in monthly and year-end closing tasks
• Maintain organized digital and physical financial documentation
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, B. Com, BBA (Finance), or equivalent
• Candidates with CA/ACCA background are preferred
• Good written and verbal English communication skills
• Internship completed (preferred)
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Proficiency in MS Excel

Job Requirements

• Willing to work full-time onsite in night shift (US business hours)
• Candidates residing near DHA Phase 8, Lahore will be preferred due to shift timing
• Willingness to learn
• Immediate joiners preferred

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
