We are seeking an organized and detail‑oriented Entry‑Level Accounting Assistant to support our accounting and finance team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early‑career professionals looking to build hands‑on experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, bookkeeping, and general accounting support .

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processing
• Enter and maintain accurate financial data in accounting software
• Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and payment documentation
• Perform basic account reconciliations and data verification
• Maintain organized financial records and filing systems
• Respond to internal accounting and billing inquiries
• Provide general administrative support to the accounting team

Qualifications

Required

• High school diploma or GED
• Coursework or Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills

Preferred (Not Required)

• Accounting internship or entry‑level accounting experience
• Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, Procore, ComputerEase or similar)
• Exposure to AP/AR and invoicing
