Entry Level Attorney

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Entry Level Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for recent law graduates to gain hands-on experience with our Senior Attorney.

As an Entry Level Attorney, you will support our senior attorney in legal research, drafting documents, and client consultations while developing a comprehensive understanding of various legal disciplines. This position is to start part time leading full time, as starting salary will be $37,500 then full time to $75,000.

Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting legal documents, including pleadings, contracts, memoranda, and correspondence with precision and clarity.
• Support Senior attorney during client meetings by preparing summaries and relevant documentation.
• Participate in negotiations with clients or opposing counsel to facilitate favorable outcomes.
• Contribute to litigation efforts by organizing case files, preparing discovery requests, and tracking case deadlines.
• Stay informed on current laws and regulations related to estate planning, environmental issues, immigration policies, family law, securities regulations, tribal laws, patent law, and workers’ compensation.
• Maintain accurate records of legal research and administrative tasks within the law office management system.

Requirements

• Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently, excellent writing skills with the ability to draft clear and concise legal documents.
• Basic understanding of legal procedures including litigation processes and legal administrative practices.
• Effective negotiation skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
