Job Overview

We are hiring an Entry‑Level Real Estate Executive/Agent to support sales, leasing, client coordination, and property marketing activities within Qatar’s real estate market. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic, motivated to learn, and capable of providing excellent customer service while assisting senior agents and management in day‑to‑day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in marketing residential and commercial properties through online platforms, social media, and company channels.
• Conduct property viewings with clients and provide essential information about listings.
• Maintain regular communication with prospective tenants/buyers and respond promptly to inquiries.
• Support senior agents with documentation, contracts, and RERA/compliance requirements.
• Update property listings, pricing, availability, and maintain accurate internal records.
• Coordinate with landlords, property owners, and clients for appointments and negotiations.
• Assist in preparing market reports, client proposals, and advertising materials.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and business development activities.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and uphold company professionalism.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).
• Candidates with 1-2 years of real estate or sales experience are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication skills, confidence, and customer‑service orientation.
• Basic knowledge of Qatar’s real estate market is an advantage (training provided).
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with online listing platforms.
• Ability to work under supervision, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
• Valid driving license is a plus.
