Environment Health and Safety Specialist

Join our team in İzmir and help us build a safer, more sustainable future. We’re looking for an EHS Specialist who will drive our environment, health, and safety programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and support continuous improvement across the plant.

What You’ll Do

• Implement and maintain EHS policies, procedures, and programs
• Monitor regulatory changes and ensure full compliance
• Conduct risk assessments, hazard identification, JSA studies
• Investigate minor incidents and follow up on corrective actions
• Lead EHS reporting and documentation aligned with internal & external standards
• Deliver EHS trainings and support safety culture development
• Coordinate with contractors and ensure adherence to HSE requirements
• Support ISO 14001, ISO 45001 (and preferably ISO 9001) compliance and audits
• Drive continuous improvement and support global EHS initiatives
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering (required)
• Class B Occupational Safety Expert certification
• 3–5 years of EHS experience in industrial environments
• Strong knowledge of EHS regulations and management systems
• Experience with energy & waste management
• Fluent English
• Strong communication and training skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Experience working in a Free Zone (preferred)
