Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled epoxy Flooring Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in epoxy flooring installation and related construction skills. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to read blueprints and schematics, and proficiency with various hand and power tools. The Flooring Installer will be responsible for delivering high-quality installations while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Install various types of flooring epoxies
• Read and interpret blueprints
• Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for cutting, shaping, and installing flooring materials.
• Perform water damage restoration tasks as needed, ensuring proper techniques are followed.
• Conduct construction estimating for projects to provide accurate timelines and material needs.
• Maintain a clean work area and adhere to safety protocols on the construction site.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Provide floor care advice to clients post-installation for optimal maintenance.

Experience

• Proven experience in flooring installation or related construction fields is essential.
• Previous experience in the restoration industry or maintenance person services is a plus.
• Strong skills in construction painting will enhance your candidacy.
