We’re Hiring – Equipment Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Equipment Engineer to lead the performance, maintenance, and operational readiness of our fleet in Bahrain.

About the Role

As Equipment Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring our equipment is maintained to the highest standards, supporting safe, efficient, and reliable project delivery across the region.

You will play a key role in driving maintenance excellence and optimizing fleet performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure effective preventive and predictive maintenance practices
• Maintain all equipment in excellent working condition
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting during operations
• Monitor fleet performance (DOO, utilization, breakdowns, KPIs)
• Manage spare parts, warehousing, and cost control
• Drive asset performance and cost efficiency (ROI, working capital)
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing technical team
• Act as the technical focal point for fleet-related matters in the region

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in heavy lifting / fleet management

Strong knowledge of:

• Crawler or telescopic cranes (mandatory)
• SPMTs (preferred)

Solid understanding of:

• Hydraulic, electrical, and electronic systems
• Ability to troubleshoot using technical drawings/diagrams
• Experience in GCC / Middle East projects is highly preferred
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Willingness to be site-based when required
