1. Managing regional warehouses and overseeing the full lifecycle of equipment inventory, including forecasting, storage, and distribution. 
2. Establishing and optimizing inventory control processes to ensure accurate stock levels and timely replenishment. 
3. Designing and executing equipment issuance strategies to ensure all riders are properly equipped at the right time. 
4. Ensuring equipment quality and brand alignment through standardized procurement, inspection, and distribution processes. 
5. Working with city operations teams to forecast demand and coordinate local equipment distribution. 
6. Managing equipment-related budgets, cost controls, and vendor relationships.

1. Bachelor s degree or above, with 3+ years of experience in warehouse, supply chain, or logistics inventory management. 3
2. Strong organizational and execution skills, with attention to detail and process discipline.
3. Familiarity with warehouse systems (WMS) and inventory control tools. WMS
4. Ability to manage multi-site operations and coordinate with cross-regional teams.
5. Fluent English is required.
