Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, approach, and engage prospective clients (cafes, restaurants, hotels, dessert parlors, etc.)
  • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate machine solutions (coffee and/or ice cream equipment)
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals
  • Maintain strong post-sales relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, technical support) to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market demands
  • Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in commercial kitchen equipment, HoReCa, or B2B sectors
  • Knowledge of coffee and/or ice cream machines is a strong plus
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently
  • Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple client accounts
  • Proficient in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and basic sales reporting
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings or trade shows
