ERP Business Analyst - SAP

We are looking for a skilled ‘’ERP Business Analyst - SAP’’ to join our expanding team and contribute to the continued success and growth of our strong brand and vision.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or Management Information Systems,
• At least minimum 5 years of experience working with SAP systems,
• In-depth knowledge of at least one of the following SAP modules: FI, CO, MM, PM, or HR,
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, planning and reporting skills,
• Proficiency in MS Office,
• A team player with strong communication skills and an openness to innovation,
• Fluency in English is required, both written and spoken,
• Already or able to be based in Antalya,
• No military obligations for male candidates.

Job Description

• Analyze business processes within FI (Finance), CO (Controlling), MM (Material Management), PM (Plant Maintenance), and HR (Human Resources) modules,
• Identify process needs and develop the most appropriate solutions within the ERP system,
• Detect improvement opportunities in existing processes and implement them within SAP,
• Translate business requirements into functional design documents, prepare test scenarios and manage User Acceptance Tests (UAT),
• Actively participate in ERP enhancements and the rollout of new modules,
• Provide user training and prepare relevant documentation,
• Coordinate with SAP consultancy firms and manage change management processes.
