ERP Developer

Pinnacle Enterprise is seeking an ERP Developer, a highly skilled eCommerce and Accounting System Developer with strong accounting expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of financial and accounting principles, combined with hands-on experience in developing, customizing, and maintaining Accounting systems. This role requires a professional who can bridge the gap between technology and finance, ensuring that our Accounting system meets the unique needs of our business processes and accounting requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accounting System Development & Customization:

-Design, develop, and implement Accounting modules with a focus on CRM, eCommerce, General ledger, Receivable, Payable, Order Entry, Payroll, Purchase Order, Inventory Control, Banking and financial processes.

-Customize our existing solutions to optimize financial reporting, tax compliance, and management reports.

-Collaborate with our programming team to gather and accurately analyze accounting and financial results.

2. System Integration:

-Integrate with third-party systems; Bambora payment processor, 3cx unified communications systems for CRM, Web scrapping or API with vendor portals to place orders and other business applications.

-Ensure seamless data flow and security between financial and non-financial modules.

3. Accounting Automation:

-Develop automation solutions for routine accounting processes, such as bank and vendor invoice reconciliations, invoicing, expense tracking and financial reports

-Enhance the accuracy and efficiency of financial workflows through automation.

-Provide 24/7, always available online portal for customer self-serve

4. Support & Troubleshooting:

-Provide technical support for ERP-related accounting modules.

-Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to financial data accuracy and system performance.

5. Reporting & Analysis:

-Create and maintain custom financial reports and dashboards within the Accounting system.

-Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements through system configuration.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Accounting, or a related field. (Equivalent
• experience may be considered.)
• 3+ years of experience in ERP or Accounting development (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft
• Dynamics, Sage or custom-built accounting systems).
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, including financial reporting, accounts
• payable/receivable, and tax compliance.
• Proficiency in programming languages and tools such as SQL, Java, Python, or similar.
• Experience with ERP APIs and integration tools.
• Familiarity with database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB,
• CockroachDB).

Preferred Skills:

• Certification in ERP or Accounting platforms (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate,
• Microsoft Dynamics Certification).
• Hands-on experience with accounting software like Sage Accounting, QuickBooks, Xero, or Zoho Books.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
