Job Description

IDSCC Company is looking for a talented ERP Functional Consultant with 2–4 years of experience to support and enhance our ERP system. The role involves working with different departments to improve business processes and ensure the system meets operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business needs and configure ERP modules accordingly.
  
  
• Support ERP implementation, testing, and user training.
  
  
• Handle day-to-day functional issues and coordinate with technical teams.
  
  
• Document workflows and prepare process reports.
  
  
• Recommend improvements to increase system efficiency.
  
  
  
  
  

Requirements

Job Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Accounting, or related field.

Experience: 2–4 years in ERP functional support or implementation.

Skills:

• Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP, Odoo, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics.
  
  
• Good understanding of finance, HR, inventory, or sales workflows.
  
  
• Basic SQL knowledge is a plus.
  
  

Soft Skills: Strong communication, analytical thinking, and teamwork abilities.
