Role Description: ERP Implementation Consultant (Zoho / Odoo)

Location: Cannanore (On-site)

Employment Type: Full-time

We are seeking a skilled ERP Implementation Consultant to join our growing team at OptiFi Technologies LLP. The role involves end-to-end execution of ERP projects, including requirement analysis, solution design, configuration, deployment, and user training. The consultant will work closely with clients to map business processes, implement modules—primarily Zoho and Odoo—and ensure a smooth and successful transition to the new system.

The ideal candidate will have a strong functional understanding of ERP workflows, particularly in Finance, Inventory, CRM, and HRMS modules, along with the ability to manage client expectations and deliver projects within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed requirement gathering sessions to understand client business processes and functional needs.
  • Configure and implement ERP modules (Zoho and/or Odoo) based on client requirements and industry best practices.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional internal teams for solution design, customization, integrations, and testing.
  • Migrate data from legacy systems into the ERP platform ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Deliver end-user training and create functional documentation, SOPs, and process manuals.
  • Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system optimization.
  • Track and manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
  • Recommend process improvements and best-fit solutions to enhance client operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong understanding of end-to-end Business Processes across Finance, Inventory, CRM, HR, and Operations.
  • Hands-on experience in implementing ERP systems—preferably Zoho One (Books, Inventory, CRM, People) and/or Odoo.
  • Functional knowledge of Finance modules such as AP, AR, GL, budgeting, invoicing, and reporting.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for client engagement and team collaboration.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Prior experience in consulting, ERP implementation, or process automation is highly desirable.
  • ERP certifications in Zoho, Odoo, or related platforms are an added advantage.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
