The
Manager ERP
will lead the end-to-end implementation, support, and optimization of ERP systems (primarily Odoo) across the organization. The role is responsible for driving ERP transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with business processes, and delivering strategic insights to senior leadership. The ideal candidate will combine strong functional expertise with leadership capabilities to manage cross-functional teams and ensure successful ERP deployment and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and drive end-to-end ERP implementation initiatives (Odoo or equivalent) across the organization.

Oversee support, maintenance, and enhancement of legacy systems during and after ERP transition.

Act as the primary coordination point between ERP consultants, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Drive in-house implementation, configuration, and optimization of ERP modules aligned with business requirements.

Provide strategic reporting to MD and CFO on ERP roadmap, implementation progress, risks, and business impact.

Build, mentor, and lead ERP functional and technical teams to ensure performance and accountability.

Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth implementation and business continuity.

Ensure timely execution of project milestones and present structured progress reports.

Ensure governance and compliance of financial processes including Expense Management, Bank Guarantees, and Tax processes.

Develop and enforce SOPs across departments to align operations with ERP best practices.

Drive continuous improvement through process optimization and system enhancements.
Qualifications:

CA Finalist / ACMA / ACCA or equivalent qualification.

Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience, including at least one complete ERP implementation cycle.

Experience in ERP implementation, support, and process transformation within manufacturing, trading, or distribution environments is preferred.

Strong functional knowledge of ERP systems (Odoo preferred; Oracle EBS is a plus)

Experience in full-cycle ERP implementation (AS-IS, TO-BE, FDD documentation)

Strong understanding of financial processes (P2P, O2C, Cash Management, Fixed Assets)

Knowledge of Supply Chain, Inventory, and Manufacturing modules

Expertise in Chart of Accounts and financial structuring

Experience in ERP-based reporting and MIS reporting

Strong understanding of master data management (customers, suppliers, inventory)

Experience in system configuration (ledgers, operating units, costing structures)
