Product Owner – ERP & Help Desk Systems

ERP & Help Desk Product Owner
to join our transformation team. Our mission is to increase technology adoption, leverage digital tools, and strengthen Karel’s presence in the market.
In this role, you will own both
ERP systems
and
help desk operations
from a product perspective, focusing on integration, process improvements, and enhancing user experience. You will collaborate with finance, operations, IT teams, and external consultants to ensure business alignment and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
1. ERP Vision & Roadmap

Define the ERP vision and roadmap, aligning with business strategies and operational needs.

Evaluate different ERP environments (Odoo, Atlas, Oracle, Logo, or similar) to identify opportunities for transformation and optimization.

Map business, operational, and financial processes to ERP workflows, ensuring effective integrations across multiple systems.
2. Help Desk Product Ownership

Own help desk operations from a product perspective, optimizing ticket management, resolution workflows, and SLA compliance.

Integrate help desk processes with ERP systems to ensure streamlined workflows and data consistency.

Identify automation and process improvement opportunities to enhance the user experience.
3. Project & Stakeholder Management

Plan, execute, and monitor ERP and help desk integration projects.

Coordinate with finance, operations, IT, and consulting teams, managing stakeholder expectations effectively.

Facilitate collaboration between business owners and development teams, transforming complex requirements into actionable user stories.
4. Agile Process Leadership

Lead sprint planning and prioritization processes for ERP and help desk initiatives.

Maintain and prioritize the backlog, creating tasks, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
5. Analysis & Continuous Improvement

Analyze ERP and help desk processes to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.

Participate in acceptance testing to ensure system quality and operational effectiveness.
Qualifications

Proven experience with ERP systems (Odoo, Atlas, Oracle, Logo, or similar).

Experience managing help desk or support operations is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience (Business Analyst, Product Owner, or similar roles).

Strong background in ERP integrations, data management, and cross-platform process coordination.

Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and process understanding.
