Here’s what you need to know:

We are looking for an " Business Solution Associate (SAP SD, MM) " who will work under the Senior Business Solution Manager in our Global Information Technologies department, within the Business Solution team.

As the Business Solution Associate, in line with the goals and policies of the Global Information Technologies Department, he/she will take an active role in the processes/applications developed in line with the systemic needs of the business units he is responsible for for Mavi Turkey and overseas stores and headquarters, will be responsible for user support issues and will carry out the necessary coordination for the smooth operation of these processes on the Information Systems side.

What will be expected of you in this role?

• Actively working with business teams , communicate & assist in prioritizing system impacts,
• Responsible for the business and technical analysis of department processes integrated majorly with SAP and integrated solutions,
• You will lead departments and 3rd Parties for new implementations and integration issues,
• You will support decisions about right design of developments and integrations,
• You will monitor transactions of data consistency in systems,
• You will provide necessary coordination with internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of operation in line with the needs of the departments,
• You will perform functional tests to confirm implementation,
• You will manage SLA about delivery of services and solving operational issues in SLA limits,
• You will monitor systems and processes to be finalized successfully,
• You will repare and update user manuals, creates documentation for changes and develops user manuals to communicate changes and fixes effectively.

Why you?

• If you are graduate a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mathematical Engineering, Information Systems or a related discipline.
• If you have 3+ years of experience in business analysis, project & process management including end user and operation support for IT -Software Solutions,
• If you have experience in SAP Projects in retail industry (Retail module of SAP SD, MM knowledge),
• Experience with sales point register applications is preferred,
• Knowledge of Fiori.
• For SAP SD, MM, If you can determine the requirements, provide solutions and support Sales, Logistic, Category, Product Planning departments,
• If you have a knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, T-SQL and be able to write complex queries to extraction and validation of data,
• If you have a knowledge at least one programming language,
• If you have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work cooperatively in a high-performing team with business units,
• If you have excellent problem solving and planning skills,
• If you have ability to understand and find appropriate solutions for issues,
• If you can capability to work with strict deadlines,
• If you have a good command of both written and spoken English,
• If you have excellent knowledge of MS Office Applications.
