Job Title: Inside/field Sales Executive – ERP/SaaS Software

Reporting to: Inside Sales Manager / Sales Head

Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Executive with 2 to 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS or software product sales. You will play a key role in generating qualified leads, conducting product demos, and driving the early stage of the sales cycle. This role demands a mix of communication skills, curiosity, product understanding, and sales discipline.

Key Responsibilities:

● Lead Generation & Qualification

○ Identify and connect with potential customers through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn.

○ Qualify inbound leads generated from marketing campaigns.

○ Maintain and update the lead database in the CRM.

● Product Pitching & Demos

○ Understand customer main points and pitch relevant product features and benefits.

○ Conduct online product demonstrations (Zoom/Google Meet/MS Teams).

○ Collaborate with pre-sales/product teams for technical clarifications if needed.

● Follow-up & Funnel Management

○ Nurture leads through systematic follow-ups.

○ Schedule meetings for senior sales or account managers where necessary.

○ Track and manage the sales pipeline on a daily basis.

● Sales Metrics & Reporting

○ Meet weekly/monthly targets for calls, emails, demos, and closures.

○ Maintain accurate records of conversations, opportunities, and deal stages in CRM.

○ Provide insights and feedback to marketing and product teams.

Skills & Qualifications:

● 2–3 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in a SaaS or IT product environment.

● Proven experience in B2B sales with a track record of meeting lead generation or sales targets.

● Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.

● Strong persuasion and listening skills to understand customer needs.

● Working knowledge of CRMs like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce.

● Comfortable with outbound calling, emailing, and social selling.

Good to Have:

● Experience with sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Lusha, etc.

● Basic understanding of SaaS metrics: MRR, LTV, CAC, and churn.

● Exposure to industries like IT, Software
