ERP Systems Analyst

The ERP Systems Analyst is responsible for the health, customization, and optimization of the core business management software (typically SAP Business One, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or Odoo within the Qatari trading sector). You will work at the intersection of Finance, Logistics, and Sales, ensuring that every transaction—from international procurement to local delivery—is accurately captured, tracked, and reported.

Key Responsibilities

  • System Configuration & Customization: Tailor ERP modules to fit the specific import-export and distribution workflows of Corp Jezreel Trading, including landed cost calculations (freight, customs, insurance).
  • Business Process Mapping: Collaborate with department heads to document "As-Is" processes and design "To-Be" digital workflows that eliminate manual entry and reduce errors.
  • Data Integration & ETL: Manage the flow of data between the ERP and external systems, such as banks for WPS (Wage Protection System) compliance or third-party logistics (3PL) portals.
  • Advanced Reporting: Develop real-time dashboards using Power BI or Tableau to provide leadership with visibility into stock aging, sales margins, and cash flow.
  • Local Compliance: Ensure the system is configured for Qatar-specific requirements, including VAT readiness, Arabic invoice printing, and local accounting standards.
  • User Support & Training: Act as the primary technical contact for system issues and lead regular training sessions to ensure all staff are utilizing the ERP to its full potential.
  • Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Perform regular system health checks, manage user permissions, and oversee system upgrades and patch testing.

Technical Requirements

  • Experience: 4–7 years in ERP systems analysis, ideally within a Trading, Distribution, or Wholesale environment in the GCC.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Finance.
  • Hard Skills:
  • ERP Proficiency: Strong experience with SAP Business One, Microsoft Dynamics, or Oracle NetSuite.
  • Database Skills: High proficiency in SQL (querying, stored procedures) and database management (SQL Server or PostgreSQL).
  • Business Intelligence: Experience with Power BI or Looker Studio.
  • Soft Skills: A "Systems Thinking" approach—the ability to understand how a change in the warehouse module affects the balance sheet in real-time.
  • Language: Professional English fluency is mandatory. Arabic is a significant advantage for handling local documentation and government-facing modules
