HRIS Lead - (Payroll and Analytics)

Key Responsibilities

  • System Leadership: Oversee HRIS functionality, including implementation, maintenance, configuration, and user training.
  • Payroll Operations: Manage the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with federal/state/local regulations.
  • Data & Reporting: Develop, analyze, and maintain reports for management, auditing, and workforce analytics.
  • Team Supervision: Guide, train, and manage the workload of HRIS and payroll specialists.
  • Project Management: Lead system upgrades, new module implementations, and data migration, including managing vendor relationships.

Key Qualifications

  • Experience: Previous experience as an HRIS Analyst, Payroll Administrator, or in a leadership role within HR operations.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS platforms and advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Compliance Knowledge: Strong understanding of labor laws, wage and hour regulations, and payroll tax compliance.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data and create actionable reports.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR12,000.00 - QAR14,000.00 per month
