Key Responsibilities
- System Leadership: Oversee HRIS functionality, including implementation, maintenance, configuration, and user training.
- Payroll Operations: Manage the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with federal/state/local regulations.
- Data & Reporting: Develop, analyze, and maintain reports for management, auditing, and workforce analytics.
- Team Supervision: Guide, train, and manage the workload of HRIS and payroll specialists.
- Project Management: Lead system upgrades, new module implementations, and data migration, including managing vendor relationships.
Key Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as an HRIS Analyst, Payroll Administrator, or in a leadership role within HR operations.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS platforms and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Compliance Knowledge: Strong understanding of labor laws, wage and hour regulations, and payroll tax compliance.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data and create actionable reports.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR12,000.00 - QAR14,000.00 per month
