The ERP Trainer plays a critical role in the implementation, training, and support of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. They lead the training of end users based on business requirements, perform complex system configurations, conduct user support, and provide user acceptance testing. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the ERP Trainer ensures data accuracy, resolves system issues, and provides comprehensive user support and training. They drive continuous improvement of ERP processes and actively contribute to system upgrades and enhancements. This role demands strong analytical and problem-solving skills, meticulous attention to detail, and effective stakeholder communication and collaboration. The ERP Trainer brings industry-specific expertise and plays a key role in optimizing business operations.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of ERP systems at client locations. Train users on how to use various facets of the ERP and serve as their primary support contact.

• Lead and facilitate the gathering and documentation of comprehensive business requirements for ERP system implementation and enhancements, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and industry best practices.

• Supply management and administrative assistance in building and configuring the LMS system for end-user training and support.

• Travel to client locations regularly to conduct in-person training and also to receive in-person training as required by the business.

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, including system integration testing and user acceptance testing, to validate system functionality and performance, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure thorough testing coverage.

• Provide expert-level support and guidance to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving complex system issues and inquiries, while proactively identifying opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.

• Develop and deliver training programs and materials for end-users, conducting workshops and presentations to enhance ERP system knowledge and adoption.

• Drive process optimization initiatives by collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing existing workflows, identifying gaps, and implementing improvements to maximize the benefits of the ERP system.

Education/Qualification:

• BA/BS in management / technology or equivalent experience preferred.

• Typically 2-10 years delivering project management related to technology.

• General competence of business technology consumption and the importance of strong support.

• Background in leading teams through transformational change is required.

• Solid understanding of data analysis, budgeting and business ethics.

• Ability to strategize and solve problems.

• Strong organizational skills.

• Excellent communication and people skills.

• Superior training skills.

• Ability to inspire confidence and create trust.

• Ability to work under pressure, plan personal workload effectively, and delegate.

Other Duties:
