About the Role

We are seeking an experienced ERPNext Functional Implementer to join our delivery network on a freelance basis. You will work with SME clients to analyze business requirements, configure ERPNext modules, support implementation projects, and ensure successful go-live and post-implementation support.

This role is ideal for professionals who have hands-on ERPNext implementation experience and can independently manage client interactions and solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct business requirement gathering sessions with SME clients
• Perform gap analysis and propose ERPNext-based solutions
• Configure core ERPNext modules such as:
• Accounting & Finance
• Sales & CRM
• Purchasing & Inventory
• HR & Payroll
• Projects or Manufacturing (when applicable)
• Support data migration, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Deliver end-user training sessions and documentation
• Assist in go-live activities and post-implementation support
• Collaborate with technical developers for customizations and integrations when required
• Provide functional troubleshooting and continuous improvement recommendations

Required Qualifications

• Proven hands-on ERPNext functional implementation experience (multiple projects preferred)
• Strong understanding of business processes in SMEs
• Ability to independently manage client workshops and solution design
• Experience in data migration, configuration, and user training
• Good documentation and communication skills in English
• Ability to work remotely and meet project timelines

Preferred Qualifications

• ERPNext or Frappe certification
• Experience with Arabic localization, VAT/ZATCA, or Middle East implementations
• Basic understanding of Frappe framework or technical customization concepts
• Prior experience working in a consulting or implementation partner environment
