About the job:
This position supports the Escrow Department in facilitating real estate transactions through to closing. It’s a fast-paced, team-oriented role requiring strong organization, communication, and attention to detail. Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist escrow officers with transaction management from opening to closing.
- Review title commitments and identify potential issues.
- Coordinate with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders.
- Prepare and organize closing files and documentation.
- Request and gather information needed for closing (e.g., payoffs, HOA details, insurance).
- Problem-solve issues that arise during the closing process.
- Maintain excellent communication and provide timely updates to all involved parties.
- Monitoring Escrow email inbox.
Preferred Experience:
- Background in title insurance, real estate, or banking is preferred.
- Familiarity with real estate closing documents and terminology is preferred.
- SoftPro experience is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

Salary range is $20-$25/hour, depending on experience.
