🚀 The opportunity

We are looking for a Document Control / Administrative Coordinator (Aconex) to join a high-impact project in Egypt (New Administrative Capital, near Cairo) , supporting the construction phase of a new pharmaceutical manufacturing facility .

If you are highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing documentation and operational reporting in a demanding on-site environment, this could be your next step.


🎯 Your mission

Ensure the order, control and traceability of project documentation , while providing strong day-to-day administrative support. You will help keep information structured, up to date and ready for reporting — enabling smoother internal coordination and better decision-making.


📌 What will you do day-to-day?

• End-to-end document control : registration, classification, filing, version control and traceability.

• Manage and update databases / trackers (Excel and internal repositories).

• Create reports, summaries and executive presentations (PowerPoint) from operational inputs.

• Provide administrative support for internal documentation (communications, forms, records, files).

• Coordinate meetings: invitations, agenda, material preparation, minutes and follow-up on actions.

• Support internal stakeholders, managing priorities and ensuring consistent, high-quality deliverables.

• Contribute to improving administrative workflows and documentation procedures.


🧩 Must-have requirements

Proven experience with ACONEX (mandatory).

Vocational Training (Administrative Management) or equivalent .

6+ years of experience in administrative / document control roles.

• Advanced Microsoft Office , especially:

– Excel (tables, filters, common formulas, structured tracking)

– PowerPoint (executive-ready decks)

– Word (structured documentation)

• High level of organization, attention to detail, confidentiality and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Languages: local language (Arabic) + professional English .

On-site availability (full-time presence at site).

Own car required to commute to the project facilities in New Capital.


🌟 Nice-to-have

• Experience in public sector / institutional / Defense environments.

• Strong background in document management and maintaining reporting databases.

• Experience preparing reporting packs with relevant KPIs and operational data.

• Knowledge of other document management tools / corporate repositories.
