Estate Manager

Required Estate Manager for Gurgaon Location at CG Corp Global having 7 to 8 years of experience .The Estate Manager is responsible for the overall management, operation, and maintenance of a private estate or portfolio of residences. This role ensures the property is maintained to the highest standards, staff are effectively managed, and all estate operations run smoothly, efficiently, and discreetly.

Job Role:

Property & Operations Management

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the estate(s), ensuring impeccable standards of presentation, safety, and functionality
  • Manage maintenance, repairs, renovations, and capital improvement projects
  • Develop and manage annual operating budgets and expense tracking
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and insurance requirements

Staff Management

  • Recruit, train, supervise, and schedule household and grounds staff
  • Set performance expectations and conduct regular evaluations
  • Coordinate staff coverage for events, travel, and seasonal needs
  • Foster a professional, respectful, and service-oriented work environment

Vendor & Contractor Oversight

  • Source, negotiate, and manage third-party vendors and contractors
  • Oversee service agreements (landscaping, security, housekeeping, etc.)
  • Ensure quality control and cost efficiency

Owner & Guest Services

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for estate owners and their representatives
  • Prepare the estate for owner arrivals, guests, and special events
  • Anticipate needs and provide high-level concierge-style service
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion

Financial & Administrative Duties

  • Track expenses, invoices, and payroll in coordination with accounting teams
  • Maintain estate records, inventories, manuals, and schedules
  • Prepare regular operational and financial reports

Security & Risk Management

  • Coordinate estate security systems and protocols
  • Manage emergency preparedness and response plans
  • Ensure privacy and protection of residents, guests, and assets

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience as an Estate Manager, Property Manager, or similar role
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and trustworthiness
  • Knowledge of building systems, maintenance, and luxury service standards
  • Proficiency with budgets, scheduling, and basic accounting
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
