Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and talented Esthetician specializing in lash and brow services to join our dynamic beauty team. In this role, you will provide expert skincare treatments, including facials, waxing, and advanced aesthetic procedures, while delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of skincare treatments such as facials, dermabrasion, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and esthetic laser treatments to meet individual client needs.
• Deliver expert eyelash extension applications and brow shaping services to enhance clients’ natural features.
• Conduct waxing services including body waxing and facial waxing with precision and care.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and retail sales to promote overall skin health.
• Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards in accordance with health regulations to ensure client safety.
• Provide professional consultations to assess skin conditions and recommend suitable aesthetic treatments.
• Demonstrate product demos and makeup application techniques to enhance client experience and satisfaction.
• Build strong client relationships through effective communication skills, ensuring repeat business and positive reviews.

Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology or esthetician license as required by state or local regulations.
• Proven experience in skincare treatments such as facials, chemical peels, dermabrasion, microdermabrasion, and laser procedures.
• Skilled in lash extensions, brow shaping, waxing services, and other esthetic treatments.
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols and maintaining a clean treatment environment.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients.
• Ability to perform multiple aesthetic procedures confidently while ensuring client comfort.
• Experience in retail sales of skincare products and providing product demos is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills for client consultations and team collaboration.

Pay: $25.91 - $31.20 per hour
