Estimating and Sales Representative for Glass Sales and Installation Company
Primary responsibilities include:
- Working with customers and vendors both on the phone and in the office
- Creating estimates based on technicans’specs or by customer request
- Working with other estimators/sales reps and technicians
- Helping to maintain office operations by answering phones, assisting customers, quoting/estimating, order creation/tracking, invoicing, scheduling jobs for technicians, customer service and general office tasks
Skills/Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED
- Minimum 1 to 3 years of sales/clerical office experience
- Experience keyboarding and entering data into software
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Organized and committed to accuracy and quality
- Keen math skills, knowledge of fractions, accurately reading measuring tape / ruller
Additional Info: - Full time position
- Small office environment.
- Hours are Mon – Friday 8 am to 5 pm
