Job Description:
We are seeking a Civil Estimation Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for construction and fit-out projects from the preliminary and tender stages through to submission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
• Prepare detailed cost breakdowns and material take-offs.
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for updated pricing.
• Support the tendering team with technical and commercial inputs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in estimation.
• Strong understanding of civil and finishing works.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Excel.
