Estimating Manager

Kuala, India

  • Analyze project requirements, drawings, and specifications to develop detailed cost estimates.
  • Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ), material take-offs, and labor cost breakdowns.
  • Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations and pricing data.
  • Evaluate risks, contingencies, and alternative solutions to optimize cost efficiency.
  • Support tendering processes by preparing bid documents and responding to RFQs.
  • Collaborate with design, engineering, and project teams to refine scope and pricing.
  • Maintain a database of historical cost data and pricing trends.
  • Review and update estimates based on design changes or scope revisions.
  • Present cost estimates and value engineering options to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
  • Proven experience in cost estimation, preferably in construction or industrial projects.
  • Proficiency in estimation software
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

EXPERIANCE IN HIGH RISE BUILDERS COMPULSORY MIN 10 YRS

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
