Job description
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE - 2 to 4YEARS
- Prepare Preliminary Estimates at initial stages as well as Project Cost sheet
- Pre-qualification of Vendors
- Value engineering to achieve functionality, safety, speed of security, and quality at lower costs by evaluating different options
- Rate Analysis, Bill Estimation, Costing
- Prepare detailed Comparative Statements
- To take the measurement from the site engineer and verification of the same with concerns and with actual site condition
- Prepare quantity sheet from onsite data & drawings
- Prepare bill of quantities (BOQ) & bills with item rates from work
- To get work done as per the protocol of the company and as per the work allotted
- Prepare a summary sheet for the each and every material received on site/off site and submission of verified material list with work order along with tax invoice to account department for release of payment
- Checking and certification of bills and invoices from vendors and contractors
- Prepare & process subcontractor bills
- Bill certification from respective department
- To follow up on the accounts department for payment
- Preparing reconciliation statements
- Analysis of variation claims by contractors /vendors and closing of the same.
- Contracts Administration and enforcement at the site. Coordination with team to ensure smooth execution and handover of detailed information
- Inspection and Verification of Works Measurements
- Preparation of Certifications for contractor/sub-contractor/vendors etc.
- Ensure commercial, legal, statutory and contractual compliances of all subcontractors
- Yearly Vendor evaluation
- Working on ERP
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
