Estimation Engineer

We are seeking a dynamic results driven Estimation Engineer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Review project specifications, drawings, and tender documents to prepare accurate cost estimates for HVAC systems.
• Conduct quantity take-offs, material, and labor cost analysis for HVAC equipment and installations.
• Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals within deadlines.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations and ensure competitive pricing.
• Evaluate project risks and provide value engineering solutions to optimize cost and efficiency.
• Liaise with project managers, design engineers, and clients to clarify scope, specifications, and requirements.
• Maintain updated records of pricing, supplier databases, and historical cost data for future reference.
• Support in contract negotiations and provide technical/financial clarifications during the bidding stage.
• Ensure all estimation work complies with company standards, industry codes, and project requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a related field
• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems design, equipment, and installation practices.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
