Estimation Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Estimator with 2–3 years of relevant experience in the UAE construction sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating project costs and preparing accurate estimates based on drawings, specifications, and other related documents. The role requires strong analytical skills, knowledge of local market rates, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

• Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and other project details.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Request and analyze quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Maintain and update a database of local market rates and vendors.
• Prepare and submit tender and bid documents within deadlines.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to ensure accurate pricing and scope.
• Conduct risk assessments and value engineering exercises where necessary.
• Attend site visits and meetings to understand the project scope and site conditions.
• Assist in post-tender clarifications and negotiations.
