Estimation Engineer

Estimation Engineer required in filed of:

1. Civil

2. Electrical

3. Mechanical

4.MEP / Utility Estimator

1. Conduct detailed quantity take-offs for piles, reinforcement, concrete, formwork, waterproofing, and backfilling using issued drawings and specifications.

2. Analyse geotechnical and structural data to align pile design quantities and cost impacts.

3. Prepare rate build-ups based on local productivity norms, crew compositions, and market equipment rental rates.

4. Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to validate unit rates and production assumptions.

5. Develop detailed cost sheets and material summaries in Excel and Candy CCS.

6. Validate BoQs issued by clients for errors, omissions, or duplications.

7. Support technical clarifications and value engineering proposals.

8. Prepare price comparison reports and assist the tender manager during bid reviews.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs170,000.00 per month
