Job Summary:
Unitek General Contracting LLC is looking for an experienced Electrical Estimation Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in estimating, tendering, and cost analysis for MEP or construction projects within the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates and BOQs for electrical systems based on drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
• Review technical drawings and identify discrepancies or areas requiring clarification.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for material quotations and pricing.
• Assist in preparing technical and commercial proposals for tenders.
• Support the project team with budget planning and value engineering.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and project requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of UAE experience in electrical estimation within MEP or construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, materials, and estimation software.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Must be currently based in the UAE.

Preferred:

• UAE Driving License.
• Experience in fit-out, contracting, or facility management sectors.
