Estimation Engineer

• Bachelor’s degree with Equivalency certificate
• Experience: 5–8 years in estimation, tendering, or cost control
• Preferred: UAE market experience, construction, landscaping, infrastructure
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, Primavera, and estimation software
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction codes, standards, and market pricing
• Analytical skills for risk assessment and cost control
• Communication and negotiation skills for client and vendor interaction
• Prepare proposals, submittals, and bid summary sheets.
• Maintain records of estimates, assumptions, and revisions.
• Support change orders and variations on ongoing projects
• Review project drawings, specifications, and technical data.
• Identify risks, special requirements, and cost impacts.
• Conduct quantity take-offs for civil, electrical, or mechanical works
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Develop BOQs (Bills of Quantities) and tender documents.
• Analyze subcontractor and supplier quotations to select the most competitive option
