Estimation Engineer

Bareek Al Bahar Tents Industries LLC is looking for a highly skilled Estimation Engineer with experience in steel structures, tensile fabric structures, car parking shades, and pergolas. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, tender submissions, and project cost analysis for projects across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and BOQs for shade structures, steel fabrication, and tensile membrane projects
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and tender documents
• Perform material quantity take-offs for steel, fabric, fasteners, and accessories
• Calculate fabrication, installation, and labor costs
• Source and negotiate with suppliers for steel, fabric, and accessories
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams
• Evaluate project risks and develop competitive pricing strategies
• Assist management in tender submissions and project planning

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Civil Engineering
• Minimum 3–5 years UAE experience in steel structures, shade structures, tents, or fabrication industry
• Strong knowledge of MS steel sections, tensile fabric, welding, and fabrication processes
• Experience in BOQ preparation, cost analysis, and tendering
• Ability to read shop drawings and structural drawings
• Good knowledge of Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software
• Experience dealing with consultants, contractors, and suppliers in UAE
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: AED 4,000 – AED 7,000 (based on experience)
• Visa provided
• Annual leave as per UAE Labor Law
