Estimation Engineer

• Identify landscape bid requirements, both technical and commercial, to prepare compliant bids.
• Prepare and submit requests for information to the client/consultant to clarify discrepancies.
• Identify labor, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, drawings, specifications, and related documents.
• Compare and negotiate suppliers’ quotes to select the most competitive options for rate build-up.
• Prepare and compile cost estimates, ensuring the full scope is covered or properly qualified.
• Attend pre- and post-tender meetings and prepare value engineering (VE) bids.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in landscape estimation.
• Bachelor’s degree in civil or mechanical engineering from a recognized university is preferred.
• Proficiency in relevant software (Candy CCS, AutoCAD, MS Office).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
