Estimation Engineer (Fire Systems) - Dubai

• Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and BOQs related to fire fighting and fire alarm systems (sprinkler, hydrant, hose reel, fire alarm, suppression systems).
• Prepare detailed cost estimates including materials, manpower, equipment, subcontracting, testing & commissioning, and authority approval costs.
• Perform quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications accurately.
• Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors; conduct technical and commercial comparisons.
• Ensure estimates comply with NFPA standards, Civil Defence requirements, and local authority regulations.
• Coordinate with design, project, and procurement teams to clarify scope, assumptions, and execution methodology.
• Identify project risks, exclusions, value engineering options, and cost-saving alternatives.
• Prepare tender submissions including pricing, clarifications, exclusions, and commercial conditions.
• Support post-tender activities such as negotiations, revisions, and handover to project execution teams.
• Maintain cost databases, rate analysis, and historical project data for future tenders
