ESTIMATION ENGINEER – SWITCHGEAR

We are seeking an Estimation and Design Engineer to join our team and contribute to the successful completion of industrial solutions projects by analyzing input information to produce comprehensive control system designs and cost estimates. Key responsibilities include preparing detailed project estimates, evaluating material and labor costs, performing electrical calculations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review project specifications, drawings and other documents to identify requirements.
• Prepare cost estimations, quotations, and technical proposals for LV/MV switchgear, MCC, PFI, ATS, SYNC, MDB, UPS, Control panels, and related electrical systems.
• Select appropriate components (breakers, contactors, relays, etc.) as per client.
• Collaborate with the design, procurement, and project teams to finalize technical and commercial offers.
• Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and cost breakdowns for each project.
• Ensure all proposals comply with industry standards such as IEC, SEC, or client-specific requirements.
• Maintain and update cost databases for materials and labor.
• Having good knowledge of studding Schematic, Control, Power and Panel Layouts.
