Technical Proposal Engineer (Female) – Fire & Safety Systems

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Proposal Engineer to join our growing Fire & Safety team. This is an office-based engineering position focused on preparing technical proposals, quotations, and tender submissions for commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects across Pakistan.

This role is ideal for female engineering graduates who enjoy technical analysis, documentation, estimation, and customer coordination in a professional office environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare technical and commercial quotations.
• Review BOQs, tender documents, and project specifications.
• Coordinate with international and local suppliers for pricing and technical information.
• Prepare compliance statements, technical submittals, and bid documentation.
• Assist in the design and estimation of fire alarm and firefighting systems.
• Coordinate with sales and engineering teams for project proposals.
• Maintain proposal records and tender documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good command of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to analyze technical specifications and engineering documents.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Prior experience in estimation, tendering, MEP, ELV, or Fire & Safety systems will be an advantage.
