Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Estimation Manager to lead the preparation of accurate cost estimates for projects. The role involves managing a team of estimators, reviewing project specifications, and ensuring competitive and profitable bids.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the estimation team for project bids and tenders
• Review drawings, specifications, and project documents
• Prepare detailed cost estimates (materials, labor, equipment)
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams
• Analyze risks and opportunities in project costing
• Ensure compliance with company standards and client requirements
• Participate in client meetings and tender clarifications
• Monitor market trends, supplier pricing, and subcontractor costs

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferably Civil)
• Minimum 15–20 years of experience in contracts and cost control, preferably in construction, EPC, or oil & gas industries
• Strong knowledge of cost estimation software (e.g., CCS, Candy, Primavera, or similar)
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Excellent analytical and negotiation abilities
• Familiarity with local market conditions (UAE/GCC preferred)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, RICS)
• Experience in large-scale projects

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED25,000.00 - AED35,000.00 per month
